Shipping Policy
At Select Distillers, Inc., we take shipping seriously. We ensure that all of our products are packaged securely and shipped directly to your door. Our shipping rates are discounted with UPS and vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Due to our products being spirits, all orders and accounts must be verified by a Drivers License or ID showing the purchaser is over the age of 21. The account holder/order and ID must match.
No exceptions will be made!
Return & Exchange Policy
At Select Distillers, Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to our products being spirits we do not allow any returns or exchanges.
If your order or a portion of your order was damaged during shipping, we can file a claim with UPS and reship your order or offer a refund. In case of damage, please email drink@selectdistillers.com with your name, order number and detailed/clear pictures and an explanation of what happened.
