DARK RUM

ABV: 45%
Our dark rum begins with our white rum, aged for a minimum of two years in used 53-gallon barrels. It's then blended with 20% unaged pot still rum made from 100% Louisiana blackstrap molasses and finished in stainless steel barrels fitted with American oak staves at two distinct toast levels.​ The result is a dry, complex dark rum with no added sugar or flavoring.
