Old Sam Barrel House Whiskey is a complex combination of our three foundation Whiskeys which were carefully crafted distilled in Nevada then aged in new charred Missouri white Oak 53 gallon barrels resting in our ambient 5700 ft high desert barrelhouse for 7 years before harvesting. The three foundation Whiskeys are Oated for extra smoothness. Bourbon with Nevada Corn, Montana Oats and Malted Barley. Rye Whiskey with Montana Rye, Oats and Malted Barley. Barley Whiskey with Nevada Barley, Montana Oats and Malted Barley. After proportioning the three 7 year aged foundation whiskeys the resultant BarrelHouse Whiskey was adjusted to 100 proof / 50% ABV by addition of reverse osmosis purified water from local deep well. BarrelHouse Whiskey has complex flavor profile of the distinctive grains matured in toasted/charred American White Oak for unmatched smoothness at 100 proof.
