Our Straight Bourbon Whiskey, milled, fermented, distilled and aged entirely in house is crafted from 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley. Being shaped by the unique advantages of our desert climate, at a minimum age of 2 years its profile goes far beyond its years. It received a score of 97 points and Best in Class from the Craft Distillers Spirits Competition.
